During Spring 1994, a new TV Channel based in Lyon, France, make a deal with Handicap International.
Mozambic is at this time broken, very poor. Seventeen years of war have been terrific.
Our mission : 3 weeks to make 4 reports about landmines, child soldiers demobilization, the NGOs activities
and the general situation of the country.... The TV reports are there.
